- Develop and execute a well-structured basketball program that focuses on skill development, tactical strategy, and physical fitness.
- Create and implement practice plans that promote individual and team growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development.
- Prepare student-athletes for competitive games and tournaments.
- Teach and enforce the rules and fundamentals of basketball.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes during practices and games.
