As a Energy & LEED Analyst, you’ll support the teams that keep our business running and help buildthe real estate solutions of the future.What You’ll Do:Identify cost savings opportunities and budgets for utilities. Coordinate energy procurement and energy-related projects on behalf of client accounts.Prepare complex monthly variance and energy service status reports. Monitor and report on energy use, bill gap reporting, and spending trends.Maintain, review, and evaluate utility bill data. Track and update utility contracts as directed.Understand and utilize the engagement process for procurement.Provide advanced energy and sustainability-related input to preventative maintenance and engineering procedures.Develop site energy profiles and maintain all support documentation.Assist with site surveys and energy plans at other accounts as directed.Participate in site inspections, surveys, and reporting.Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.Analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.What You’ll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.LEED Certification is desired.Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard and slightly complex problems.Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. The minimum salary for the Sr. Energy Analyst role is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Energy Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
