Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Hospice Case Manager | Bastrop, TX Location: Bastrop, TX 78602 Facility: JOL Healthcare Hospice Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days – 5x8 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week (30 productivity points required to be considered full-time) Local Candidates: Accepted (within 50 miles) Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One weekday on-call rotation required Weekend on-call as needed Requirements Active Texas RN License (required at submission) BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience (required) OASIS documentation experience (required/preferred) Admissions experience Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50 miles Non-smoker preferred (due to COPD patient population) About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) , proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
