⚖️ About the Opportunity

Robert Half has partnered with a respected boutique litigation firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is not a role where you'll be lost in layers of hierarchy. You'll work directly with the firm's founder and lead attorney, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of litigation.

The ideal candidate is confident, driven, intellectually curious, and eager to develop into a skilled trial lawyer. This role is best suited for someone who is willing to take ownership, embrace challenges, and thrive in a collaborative environment where every team member plays a significant role.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Legal research and analysis

✅ Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents

✅ Reviewing and revising client engagement agreements

✅ Conducting initial client consultations

✅ Assisting with case strategy and litigation preparation

✅ Supporting a variety of firm initiatives and special projects

✅ Collaborating directly with senior leadership on active matters

What We're Looking For

✔ Licensed attorney in good standing

✔ Minimum of 2 years of legal experience

✔ Strong legal writing and research skills

✔ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

✔ Self-starter with a proactive mindset

✔ Strong personality with the confidence to take on challenging assignments

✔ Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term legal career
