Join the VCA West Coast Specialty & Emergency Animal Hospital team! We are looking for a Full-Time Cardiology Registered Veterinary Technician.

Location: 18300 Euclid St., Fountain Valley, CA 92708

Compensation: $26.50 - $32.00 ALL dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule, and additional responsibilities.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday

The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

• Physical examinations, patient assessment, and collecting patient histories
• Processing laboratory samples in-house
• Preparing laboratory samples for outside labs
• Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scans)
• Assist with patient recovery
• Pharmacy
• Venipuncture/catheter placement
• Knowledge and experience with anesthesia monitoring
• Safe animal restraint and handling
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Effective verbal, listening, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
