- 5 years' experience in a clinical role and 2 years laboratory leadership experience required.
- Proficiency with Kronos/ UKG, required.
- Proficiency with Epic Beaker, required.
- ASCP, AMT or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist required.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
