Job Details Location: O Fallon, MO 63366 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Sales Senior Sales Associate Position Description Position Title: Senior Sales Associate (Sales Forced) Reports To: Store Leader Classification: Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly Position Overview The Senior Sales Associate serves as a sales-focused sales leader, responsible for driving personal sales while ensuring execution of daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. This role acts as a key support to Store Leadership by owning opening/closing routines, operational processes, and in-store execution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
