Are you a friendly and organized individual looking to start a career in the hospitality industry? Arbuckle Lodge in Gillette, WY is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from all walks of life and ensure that they have a memorable and enjoyable stay at Arbuckle Lodge. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be key in providing efficient and personalized service to our guests.
Qualifications:- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
