Join a dynamic and compassionate healthcare team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Community Health Center. We are looking for a passionate healthcare professional to provide outstanding patient care in a fully outpatient/ambulatory practice setting. This opportunity has arisen due to a valued team member's medical leave, offering a chance to become a vital part of our dedicated healthcare family. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals including two other Nurse Practitioners, a lead physician, a nurse manager, and three nursing professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional care to our community.
Job Function- Efficiently manage patient records and care using the Athena EMR system.
- Deliver top-notch healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on both adult and pediatric care, with a dedicated ObGyn department handling women’s health.
- Hold a valid New York State license, with DEA and CSR preferred.
- Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Possess 12-18 months of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, ready to bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment.
