Project Manager – Residential Construction & Interior Renovations Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential remodeling, interior renovations, or high‑end construction? The successful candidate will oversee multiple renovation projects, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do Lead residential renovation and interior construction projects from start to finish. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process. Coordinate pre‑construction meetings, schedules, material deliveries, and project logistics. Manage day‑to‑day jobsite operations, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Supervise subcontractors and field personnel while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite. Review project progress, provide weekly client updates, and proactively resolve issues. Prepare and manage change orders and assist with project budgeting and cost control. Coordinate flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and other interior finish installations. Partner closely with designers, office staff, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure complete client satisfaction at project closeout. Qualifications Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, or interior renovation projects. Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, and interior finish installations. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Experience coordinating subcontractors, scheduling trades, and managing jobsite logistics. Proficiency with construction project management software such as CoConstruct or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design software such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar programs. Previous leadership experience supervising field personnel or project supervisors.
