Assistant Manager

Southern Tire Mart

Carneys Point, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and corporate office personnel.
Utilize the point-of-sale(POS) system to locate, enter, and process customer orders.
Assist with Billing Inquiries and account related questions.
Able to preform administrative tasks as needed.
Process customer payments and handle necessary paperwork upon service completion.
Maintain accurate and organized service records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect Southern Tire Mart’s policies, procedures and service standards.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous experience in sales, service writing, or customer service preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service management systems.
Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services a plus.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime maybe required.
