Licensing & IP Transactions Counsel

MGA Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a licensed attorney to manage all legal aspects of the merchandise licensing program. The role includes drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, handling in-licensing matters, and IP data management within a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will have a JD, California Bar status, and 3–8 years of in-house experience supporting licensing and IP transactions.
