Location: Salina, KS (400 South Santa Fe Avenue)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent placement

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Hours/week: 36

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Kansas RN license; BLS certification

Experience: Prior Medical-Surgical RN experience preferred

Pay rate: $29.00/hour - $43.00/hour (based on education and experience, including $2 shift/weekend differential)

What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients
• Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to promote recovery and well-being
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, state regulations, and hospital policies
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Respond to patient needs promptly within a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN license (or eligible to obtain)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
