This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance staff, and ensuring timely resolution of repair and upkeep issues to maintain high standards of property condition. The supervisor will develop and implement maintenance schedules, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. By proactively addressing maintenance needs, the role supports tenant satisfaction and retention, contributing directly to the overall success of the property management team.
