Location WI, Marshfield Specialty Neurology - Epilepsy/EEG Lab Visas Accepted H1B or J1 Practice Details Marshfield Medical Center is in search of a BC/BE full-time Epileptologist to join an established outpatient practice within the Department of Neurology in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You have the opportunity to create the work-life balance you want with the option of a 4 or 5-day work week! Proficiency in EEG interpretation is required. The medical center serves a substantial referral base in Central and Western Wisconsin. Trauma level II facility and thrombectomy capable stroke center.The incoming physician will be part of a supportive team of colleagues and superior staff, supported by an outstanding radiology department, Neurosurgery services, and a Neurohospitalist team, who manage call during evenings and weekends. Call is 1:4 weeks and is Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm for outpatient Neurology only. No reading EEGs at night or on weekends, we have a EEG reading service that covers that! Established inhouse training program for EEG techs.We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come. Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.Compensation floor of $420,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
