Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to grow - not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.

The Role

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.

Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.

You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.

Requirements:

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

• Are a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina
• Value collaboration, continued learning, and child- and family-centered care
• Have 1+ years of experience preferred - strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
