The time required for training is up to the individual and how quickly they learn. Training pay begins at $17.00/hr.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. This role involves performing critical work in a night-shift environment, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with heights, ladders, and working on roofs. Responsibilities:

• Perform night-shift tasks, including going to job-site for service ranging start times for 7:00-10:00 PM and end times of 3:00 -5:00 AM.
• Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and other elevated areas.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective job completion.
• Attend quarterly all-staff meetings (daytime) to discuss safety, company updates, and performance improvements.
• Report to the office once per week on the assigned day for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License
• Must be 21 Years or older
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Availability to work night shifts consistently.
• Physically fit to handle job requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites and the office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.

Training & Compensation:

• Training Pay: $17/hour during the training period.
• Lead Technician Pay Range: $35-$55/hour, based on experience, performance, and job assignments.

Work Environment:
