As an independent veterinary practice, we provide comprehensive medical, dental, surgical, and emergency care for small animals and exotics. Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitor anesthesia during dental procedures
• Recover patients post operatively 
• Perform patient treatments / pain medication
• Perform in-house labs
• Perform digital radiographs
• Assist with discharge planning and educate pet owners on post-care instructions
• Keep patients clean and comfortable
• Maintain and stock hospital supplies

Required Skills:

• Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician
• Experience with IV catheterization 
• Proficient in anesthesia monitoring and administration
• Ability to perform x-rays, venipuncture, and lab procedures
• Knowledge of internal medicine, surgery, critical care, and diagnostic procedures
• Animal Restraint
• Veterinary Assisting
• Patient Recovery

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with medical records management
• Ability to triage and provide emergency care

Salary and Benefits:

The minimum salary for this position is $30/hr. In addition, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, flexible schedules, holiday pay, and paid time off.
