Our install team handles high-quality residential system replacements and new installs across the Valley , and we’re looking for installers who want to grow with a five-star company . What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps) Complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal work Ensure systems are installed correctly and running efficiently Work closely with install helpers and project managers Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For 5+ years HVAC installation experience EPA Universal Certification (required) NATE Certification (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics/crawlspaces Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Pay & Benefits $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience) Career advancement opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match 40 hrs.
