This on‑site role offers a 2‑bedroom apartment and paid CFC certification training, with a focus on high‑quality resident service and timely maintenance. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, conduct safety checks, and help maintain curb appeal.
