Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license (required)
Experience preferred; new graduates accepted

Provide therapy in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting

Support individuals with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial limitations
Perform assessments and interpret results to determine therapy needs
