Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence by enhancing business processes, improving data quality, tracking financial and operational performance, and driving efficiency and strategic alignment across teams. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to strengthen reporting, governance, and planning efforts. Responsibilities:

• Support and improve business operations processes, workflows, and standards.
• Perform data mapping, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality tracking.
• Develop status reports, governance scorecards, and standard operating procedures.
• Review and audit financial and operational data to support planning and decision-making.
• Create training materials and provide user support or training as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting, strategic planning, and relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations and/or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of business operations best practices, financial analysis, and workflow improvement.
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with data lineage tools and methods.
• Understanding of the data analysis lifecycle in a business environment.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, and quality management.

• Work location is hybrid, requiring flexibility between remote and on-site presence.
• Interviews conducted via webcam only.

• Full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
