We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Service Advisor to join our team full-time in our repair department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule appointments, check in vehicles, and invoice completed work.
• Order and organize parts for jobs
• Support technicians and ensure smooth shop workflow.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and team-player mindset.
• Comfortable with computers (no deep technical knowledge required).
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive setting is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time hourly pay (based on experience).
