Executive Compensation Associate – Salt Lake City, Utah A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation Associate with 2-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Responsibilities Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits in business transactions. Draft and review compensation-related agreements and documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications 2-6 years of relevant legal experience. Strong understanding of executive compensation and employee benefits law. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness benefits. Retirement savings plan.
