Fabrication/ Welding

Bicycle manufacturer in Santa Ana has an immediate opening for General Shop Laborer/ Welder. Job includes but is not limited to; cutting products, deburring, grinding, running machines and misc. job functions throughout the shop, and some occasional TIG tacking and welding etc. Fast paced environment Requirements Must be able to communicate in English Be able to read a tape measure Team Player Strong communication skills; verbal and written Detail Oriented Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50lbs. Knowledge of Materials relevant to BMX manufacturing, such as chromoly and steel, including properties and best welding practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, jigs, and fabrication specifications. Experience using fabrication tools (e.g., grinders, tube benders, drill presses, cutting tools) safely and effectively. Commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Prior experience in metal fabrication, bicycle or automotive fabrication, or related manufacturing environments preferred. Reliable attendance, ability to stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks associated with welding and fabrication.
