This role supports the management, tracking, preparation, and maintenance of technology equipment. Responsibilities include inventory control, device setup, basic troubleshooting, equipment deployment, and warehouse support while following established processes and procedures.

• Track, organize, and maintain equipment inventory.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
• Conduct inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support equipment shipments, deliveries, and warehouse operations.
• Follow established standards for asset management and security.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational projects.
• Provide updates on assigned tasks and escalate issues when needed.

• Experience working with computers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory or asset management tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of Niles, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
