Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based at Crunch Fitness in Port St. Lucie, FL. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized and small-group workout programs, provide hands-on coaching on proper exercise form, and monitor member progress toward fitness goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, leading training sessions on the gym floor, educating members on safe and effective training techniques, and offering basic guidance on lifestyle and wellness habits. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized training environment, collaborating with the club team to promote member engagement, and supporting member retention through consistent communication and encouragement. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design and lead effective, goal-oriented exercise programs. Ability to deliver focused Circuit Training sessions and apply Sports Coaching principles to motivate and guide members. Working knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that supports members’ fitness and wellness objectives. Relevant certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent) and current CPR/AED certification. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with individuals of varied ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in a busy gym environment.
