Medical Billing AssistantFast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for an entry level role as an Medical Billing Assistant in our Langhorne office, full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.The main responsibility of this position is to offer administrative support for the Reimbursement & Billing department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting Reimbursement and Billing representatives in various duties such as, but not limited to, the following:Scanning, printing and proof-reading documentsMaintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and updating information as neededSorting and distributing mail within the departmentResearching all returned mail and updating system accordinglyMailing patient invoices and secondary claimsData entryTasks as assigned by supervisorSkills/Requirements:Good working knowledge of Excel and Word requiredAbility to multi-task a mustExperience in a healthcare setting and utilizing Navinet a plus
