Medical Assistant – Edge

This role is ideal for someone with strong front and back office experience , an outgoing personality , and the ability to remain professional and compassionate at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records

• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing and documentation

• Administer injections and assist with basic clinical procedures

• Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient care

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required

• Bilingual Spanish/English 

• Previous experience in a medical office strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Skilled at following written protocols and oral instructions

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must pass a background check
