Details
- Full Time Schedules
- Some weekends may be required
- 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
- Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
- Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm Tue-Friday 7-5pm M-F 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm
- Start Date: 5/11/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Assess clients' mental, emotional, and social needs
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments
- Connect clients with community resources and support services
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies
- Advocate for clients to improve access to care and support
- Graduation from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the State in CA. The license MUST be in good standing
- 1+ years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting.
