You'll partner with leaders, coach teams, and champion best practices that keep our people protected and our plant running strong.You will:Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies that meet OSHA and all regulatory requirementsLead engaging safety training for managers and employees, including fire prevention, hazard awareness, and proper equipment handlingConduct regular facility inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are completedFacilitate safety meetings that actually make an impact-not just check a boxProvide signage, tools, and resources that keep safety top‑of‑mindLead accident and incident investigations with professionalism and accuracyConduct forklift training and certificationDeliver safety orientation for all new hiresImplement and train Behavior‑Based Safety (BBS) programsHold supervisors accountable for maintaining a safe work environmentSupport plant tours and represent the safety program with confidence and prideMaintain all safety logs, documentation, and compliance recordsThis is a hands‑on role where you'll spend time on the floor, build relationships, and influence a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.What You BringAssociate degree or equivalent experience4–5 years of safety experience, ideally in manufacturing or housingOSHA certification, plus First Aid/CPRStrong communication skills and the ability to connect with everyone-from new hires to senior leadershipIntegrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential informationSolid problem‑solving skills and the confidence to make decisionsA proactive mindset and the determination to drive continuous improvementBi-lingual is a plusPhysical & Work EnvironmentThis role is active and hands‑on. You'll be walking the plant, climbing, inspecting equipment, and interacting with teams daily.
