Work Location / Description:

• In-office, starts November 11th
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• This is a contract assignment for ~3 months, may be extended
• No drug test
• MS Teams interview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while effectively managing various office tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls.
• Provide customer service through phone, email, and chat.
• Update customer accounts accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer data.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in call center operations.
