What You'll Do

As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll help create meaningful progress for children and families by:

• Supervising ABA treatment implementation
• Supporting and coaching RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Conducting parent training
• Developing behavior intervention plans alongside BCBAs
• Monitoring treatment progress and clinical outcomes
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining ethical and clinical excellence in all areas of care

You'll also receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA to continue strengthening your clinical skills and confidence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• BCaBA certification (or significant progress toward BCaBA/BCBA certification)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and their families
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children grow and succeed

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite at one of our clinic locations
