Position Overview

The position welcomes visitors, answers and correctly routes incoming calls, receives and distributes mail, prepares and sends outgoing mail and packages, maintains a safe and clean reception area, and has a team player attitude.

Technical Responsibilities of the Job

• Display a professional attitude
• Greet incoming callers and visitors with a pleasant and friendly demeanor
• Efficiently handle high volume of calls; answers, screens, and directs inquiries appropriately
• Effectively relay sensitive information to appropriate parties
• Demonstrate superior organizational skills
• Operate general office equipment including multi-line phone system, faxes, copiers, scanners, printers, postage machine
• Coordinate pickups with UPS / FedEx and distributes mail and packages properly
• Maintain lobby to Lean company standards
• Provide additional support to Customer Service team by making outbound calls to collect customer information and other duties as assigned by supervisor

Training/Certification

• Minimum 1 year experience in front office support or reception
• Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
• Quality telephone skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills preferred
• Typing 45WPM minimum
• Bilingual Spanish a Plus

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
