HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician

Nextech HVAC/R Technician will deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems, performing maintenance and emergency service, documenting work with company iPads, maintaining vehicle and tools, communicating with customers and dispatch, and identifying additional service opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician EPA certification and a valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans Comfort with mobile apps and technology Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed Physical Requirements Must be able to safely work at heights using ladders up to 28‑32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks Must maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day Must use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously Must operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed Required to occasionally work in an office environment Required to follow all applicable safety procedures Reasonable accommodations may be provided under the ADA for qualified individuals if essential job functions can still be safely performed #J-18808-Ljbffr
