Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements

• Previous State Farm experience working in an Agent's office is required
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Dedicated to customer service
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly ECRM/Necho/Windows/Microsoft Office
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Must have existing LSA/SSA/AAPA with State Farm, or be able to obtain and maintain throughout your career
• Life and Health license desired
• No evenings, weekends or major holidays!
• Must be available to work on weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
