Floor Leader: Flexible Retail Leadership & Service

W2B Skechers USA Retail, LLC

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) in Fort Worth, TX to support store operations, mentor a team, and drive exceptional customer service. This entry-level management role focuses on daily operations, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a premium shopping environment for customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Growth into Retail Management within Skechers is encouraged and supported.
