Qualifications:

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in school settings preferred, but candidates with strong pediatric or teletherapy backgrounds are also welcome
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 settings, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct age-appropriate assessments to identify students’ communication needs and track progress
• Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring engaging and effective remote sessions
• Support students’ social and academic development through targeted speech and language therapy interventions
• Communicate progress and strategies with parents, teachers, and other school personnel
