Smith Davis Insurance is looking for an Inside Sales Insurance Agent to help individuals and families protect what matters most. This is an office-based sales position focused on working with inbound leads, referrals, quote requests, and existing clients looking for better insurance solutions.

As an independent insurance agency, we represent multiple highly respected insurance companies, allowing you to provide competitive options instead of trying to fit every client into a single carrier.

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, and referral opportunities.
• Quote and sell personal insurance, including auto, home, umbrella, renters, and recreational vehicle policies.
• Identify opportunities to offer life insurance and other personal insurance products.
• Follow up on open quotes and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Conduct policy reviews with existing clients and recommend additional coverage when appropriate.
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and long-term client retention.
• Maintain accurate client records using our agency management system and CRM.
• Work closely with our service and marketing teams to provide an outstanding client experience.

• Property & Casualty license preferred or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn agency software.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
