We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Hospice Registered Nurses to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of palliative and hospice care principles, demonstrating empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Hospice RN will coordinate patient care, educate families, and ensure comfort through comprehensive symptom management.

- RN Case Manager (Home care)
- Inpatient Unit RN (Hospice House)
- RN - On Call (Dutchess & Ulster after-hours support)
- Patient Access Hospital RN
- Visit Nurse (Per Diem)
- Wound Care Specialist RN
What you will need:
- NYS RN License
- Valid Driver's License (for certain roles)
- At least one year experience in RN nursing
- Compassionate Demeanor
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
