Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and providing general clerical support while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
• Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain front desk operations including mail distribution and visitor sign-in
• Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Assist with resident and visitor inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous reception or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies
