As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document entries, deliveries, and departures in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and preparing accurate incident reports. Observe and report security-related concerns, including unsecured doors, damaged fencing, suspicious activity, and policy violations, to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
