We’re looking for an energetic, organized, people-focused Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to build a long‑term career in sales, customer success, or business development. No drone experience required. We’ll teach you the industry. What You’ll Do You’ll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers Conduct onboarding calls with new customers Answer customer questions and coordinate solutions Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support Ensure customers have everything needed for success Schedule follow‑up calls and check‑ins Track customer activity using CRM software Coordinate product deliveries and training Identify opportunities for additional products and services Help renew and grow existing customer relationships Resolve issues before they become problems Become a trusted advisor for your accounts We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and personable Highly organized Naturally curious Comfortable talking with customers by phone and email Excellent communicator Positive attitude Coachable Detail‑oriented Able to juggle multiple priorities Interested in technology Excited to learn something new every day Preferred Qualifications We’re much more interested in attitude than experience.
