Job Description Responsibilities Practicing best insulation practices and training insulation, plaster, sealer and spray helpers. Installing products in accordance with collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement. Understanding blueprints and sketches. Measuring, shaping and cutting materials to specified measurements. Insulating, spraying, plastering, troweling, sealing, covering, wrapping, stapling, gluing and fitting insulating/sealant/foam materials. Reviewing daily work schedule and ensuring the truck is loaded with all required product(s), tools and equipment for the day. Completing vehicle safety and job site inspections. Safely unloading and staging material at the job site. Reporting safety, customer or quality concerns. Maintaining a clean work area at all times. Performing any other duties, tasks or responsibilities assigned per the collective bargaining agreements. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes. THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION Travel Requirements Local travel required; out‑of‑town travel as needed. Daily travel to job sites. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, and perform ladder climbing as needed, including confined spaces and small areas.
