Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Patient ratio experience required: 1:4.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Chemo administration is not required.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Float within scope if needed to meet facility or department needs.

Required Credentials: - Current and valid DL or State issued ID required - In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted: • Cell Phone Bill • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi • Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
