Plant Manager
Toledo, OH
We're looking for a leader who can drive operations, develop teams, and create a culture of continuous improvement across a 24/7 manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for plant performance, safety, quality, maintenance, engineering, staffing, and operational excellence.
What You'll Own
• Plant-wide operations, performance, and profitability
• KPI development and execution across safety, quality, labor, efficiency, and cost control
• Leadership of maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
• Budgeting, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Employee engagement, training, and team development
What We're Looking For
✔️ Bachelor's degree preferred
✔️ Food & Beverage manufacturing experience
✔️ 5+ years of plant leadership experience
✔️ Strong manufacturing operations background
✔️ Experience leading through KPIs, process improvement, and change management
✔️ Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
✔️ Proven ability to build trust, develop teams, and drive results
