**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping job seekers find great opportunities while partnering with local businesses to provide exceptional talent. Every day is different-you'll recruit, interview, hire, and place associates while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.


Using a consultative approach, you'll become a trusted staffing expert for businesses throughout Charlotte, DeSoto, and South Sarasota Counties. Your work will directly impact the lives of job seekers and help local companies grow and succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Employment Specialist, you will:


* Recruit, interview, and evaluate job seekers for temporary, evaluation hire, and direct hire opportunities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
* Take detailed job orders and match qualified candidates with available positions.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified associates to meet client demands.
* Conduct daily recruiting activities through phone calls, job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
* Perform daily sales and business development activities with prospective and existing clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both associates and clients throughout the employment process.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Stay informed on local employment trends and labor market conditions.

* Has a high school diploma or GED (college education is a plus but not required).
* Previous staffing, recruiting, sales, human resources, or customer service experience is preferred, but we value transferable skills and are willing to train the right candidate.
