Technical Program & Project Management Specialist
Insight Global's client is seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist to support a large-scale SAP S/4 ERP transformation program. This individual will play a key role in program governance, release management, PI planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across product teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP Project Manager with expert-level JIRA experience who can operate in both traditional SAP delivery models and Agile environments while driving transparency, accountability, and execution across complex enterprise initiatives.
Day-to-Day
- Support governance and execution of a large SAP S/4 ERP program
- Manage EPICs, Features, and backlog activities in JIRA
- Maintain CRAID logs and drive issue/risk resolution
- Coordinate PI Planning events, iteration reviews, and retrospectives
- Track scope, dependencies, change requests, and release readiness
- Partner with Product Managers, ERP teams, and foundational teams
- Support testing, cutover, training, and deployment activities
- Create executive reporting, dashboards, and program status updates
- Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder communications
- Drive project management best practices and JIRA standards across teams
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
