Restaurant General Manager – $65K with bonus plan

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For :

Proven track record of leadership in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and driving profitability.
A results-oriented mindset and problem-solving expertise to tackle challenges with confidence.
Hands-on experience maintaining exceptional service standards and handling guest interactions professionally.
