Required Skills:

• Current, valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Extensive knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic surgeries and advanced procedures
• Familiarity with outpatient and hospital-based anesthesia practices
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Experience working in varied surgical specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Prior experience supporting surgeries such as ENT, general, GI, GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, and vascular procedures

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 3-5 night shifts per week, with flexibility to meet scheduling preferences
• All-inclusive rates preferred, including travel and lodging reimbursement where applicable
• Compliance with all state and federal certification and licensure requirements
• Ability to support a busy, multi-operating room environment with a variety of case types
