Required Skills:
- Current, valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Extensive knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Experience with robotic surgeries and advanced procedures
- Familiarity with outpatient and hospital-based anesthesia practices
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Experience working in varied surgical specialties
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Prior experience supporting surgeries such as ENT, general, GI, GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, and vascular procedures
- Ability to work 3-5 night shifts per week, with flexibility to meet scheduling preferences
- All-inclusive rates preferred, including travel and lodging reimbursement where applicable
- Compliance with all state and federal certification and licensure requirements
- Ability to support a busy, multi-operating room environment with a variety of case types
